微膨脹聚丙烯纖維混凝土在巴東長江
公路大橋橋面鋪裝中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】根據(jù)巴東長江大橋橋面鋪裝層的設(shè)計(jì)要求,對厚100 mm的C40防水混凝土進(jìn)行了微膨脹聚丙烯纖維混凝土的配合比設(shè)計(jì)、性能試驗(yàn)和橋面鋪裝施工措施研究。結(jié)果顯示,采用聚丙烯纖維和UEA-I膨脹劑補(bǔ)償收縮的混凝土具有優(yōu)良的抗裂、抗?jié)B、耐磨、抗沖擊、抗疲勞等性能。選定的微膨脹聚丙烯纖維混凝土配合比在巴東長江大橋橋面鋪裝層中進(jìn)行了全面施工應(yīng)用,效果十分理想。

Application of micro-expansion polypropylene fiber concrete to the deck pavement of Badong Highway Bridge on Yangtze River

Abstract: In accordance with the design of the requirement for the deck pavement of Badong Highway Bridge on Yangtze River, the study on the mix design for the micro-expansion polypropylene fiber concrete (a concrete with minute-expansion agents), the performance experiment and the construction measures of the pavement on the bridge deck is made for the C40 water proof concrete with the thickness of 100mm concerned. The result shows that the concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber and UEA-I expansion agent has the excellent properties against permeation, creaking, wearing, impact, fatigue and freeze-thaw etc. Through the study, the selected mixing ratio of the micro-expansion polypropylene fiber concrete is applied to the concrete for the pavement on the deck of the bridge and the effect is perfect as well.

1引言
巴東長江公路大橋是國道209線在湖北省西部巴東縣境內(nèi)、處于三峽水利工程庫區(qū)內(nèi)長江主河道上跨越長江的一座建設(shè)規(guī)模宏大、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、造型美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)受力復(fù)雜的特大型橋梁,屬交通部和湖北省交通基本建設(shè)重點(diǎn)工程。該橋?yàn)殡p塔雙索面預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土漂浮體系斜拉橋,其主跨長388m,主塔高212m,北岸引橋?yàn)楹喼Я菏綐颉蛐筒贾脼楹喼型梁(4 x 40)m+PC斜拉梁橋(40+130+388+130+40)m,橋梁全長900.5m,橋面寬19m,雙向四車道,車行道寬16m,兩側(cè)各設(shè)1.5m人行道.該橋橋面鋪裝層設(shè)計(jì)采用100mm厚C40防水混凝土澆筑。
通常,普通混凝土橋面鋪裝層由于設(shè)計(jì)厚度較薄(80~150 mm),脆性大,在行車過程中,在彎拉荷載、沖擊疲勞荷載以及溫度和濕度變形等因素的作用下,易導(dǎo)致普通混凝土橋面鋪裝層開裂、破壞,防水失效等。聚丙烯纖維可以增強(qiáng)混凝土的抗疲勞、抗沖擊、耐磨損和抗裂、阻裂能力,以及提高韌性和抗?jié)B性,可以有效阻止混凝土內(nèi)部和表面裂縫的擴(kuò)展或延緩裂縫的出現(xiàn),它是用于橋面鋪裝的一種比較理想的材料。因此,本次橋面鋪裝混凝土材料設(shè)計(jì)采用聚丙烯纖維混凝土,同時加入U(xiǎn)EA膨脹劑,以補(bǔ)償收縮,延長橋面接縫間距,進(jìn)一步提高混凝土的抗裂、防滲能力。
2實(shí)驗(yàn)
2.1原材料
主要原材料如下:(l)水泥采用葛洲壩水泥廠生產(chǎn)的425號普通硅酸鹽水泥,強(qiáng)度為:3d抗折5.3MPa、抗壓27.2 Mpa;28d抗折9.8 MPa、抗壓58.3Mpa。(2)摻合料為湖北陽邏電廠I級粉煤灰。 |
